Challenges
- 01
Inconsistent onboarding across sites
The same role was trained a different way at every location, with no shared curriculum.
- 02
No shared definition of “complete”
Each site decided for itself what counted as finished training.
- 03
Instructor knowledge walked out the door
Training relied on individual memory, not documented curriculum.
- 04
Slow instructor onboarding
New instructors built their training materials from scratch at every site.
- 05
Scheduling chaos across 12 sites
Cohorts were booked manually with no shared calendar logic.
Solutions
One template, every site
A single learning path template per role, used company-wide.
One standard, validated everywhere
Skill matrix validation applies the same bar at every site.
Curriculum captured once, reused always
Reusable project templates live permanently on the learning path canvas.
Start from a template, not a blank page
Instructors launch training from a ready-to-run template on day one.
Completion, visible in real time
Centralized reporting shows completion rate by site as it happens.
One scheduling system, twelve sites
Batch scheduling standardizes how every site runs and staffs cohorts.
“Before Learnato, every regional site trained the same role differently. Now every instructor pulls from the same learning path, and completion finally means the same thing everywhere”
“Before Learnato, every regional site trained the same role differently. Now every instructor pulls from the same learning path, and completion finally means the same thing everywhere”
Results
Path completion rose from 41% to 75% within two quarters of standardizing on shared templates — largely because learners across sites were finally working from curriculum built and vetted centrally, instead of whatever a given site had assembled. 140 learning paths are now live across the 12 sites, with instructor onboarding time cut roughly in half since new instructors start from a template instead of a blank page.
